Certification of the conformity of translations

You can submit the documents in person or send them by post.

Remember that:

• the consul certifies the compliance of translations of documents from French into Polish and from Polish into French,
• the consul certifies reliable and legible translations,

to certify the compliance of the translation, it is not required to be prepared by a sworn or professional translator.

The fee for each started page of translation is 30 EUR.

The consul will deal with the matter without undue delay, but not later than within thirty days from the date of submitting the application.

Personally. You can also apply for documents to be delivered by post if you cover the cost of the postage.

In the event of refusal to perform the action, the consul will issue a decision against which you can lodge a complaint with the Minister of Foreign Affairs within 7 days. The complaint is filed through the consul who issued the decision.
